OK, seriously... is everyone in PR brain dead? This idiot "negotiates" an impossible contract and then is amazed that a completely devestated infrastructure isn't miraculously installed overnight, and then has the termerity to fucking whine about it? Maybe he should locate some of that missing 73 BILLION the island owes us and see what he can buy with that!
