  2. Remember... those Weaps are indeed banned, BUT, those very treaties also PERMIT their usage by a country IF an adversary uses them FIRST! So any that get used there, legally become 'unlocked' for UA to use... if they should want to (and if they even have them to use). I doubt they will, as they haven't used White P (that I'm aware of), despite it having been used against them on many many occasions. It's a very important distinction to note, since it's meant to act as a deterrent, should anyone decide to unlawfully use them. (granted, 'unlawfully' in terms of countries that signed the treaties) [I have used short hand and vague terms in this comment to try and prevent YT's automoderation system from removing this comment, since it has it in for me these days. However, I still expect it to be deleted even though it's completely factual... 😮‍💨 So if either Enforcer reads this before it gets removed, maybe you can spread this info. EDIT: It did indeed get removed, so I've changed a couple words in hopes that'll do the trick this time (doubtful) EDIT2: It might've passed this time!]
