What will India do about it? Nothing. They can cry, insult, b!tch, threaten, and many more. The US doesn't give a sh!t. That is just how the US works and has not changed for quite some time. The best you going to get is the officers will apologize and work behind the desk. The officer that hit her will claim he was doing his job and she got in the way. The officer who made fun of her will just say it was just a joke and didn't mean anything about it. Unless India is willing to take it to the next level, this story is good as buried.

bewlaybrother4460 You think he should, but he will not. He made a stupid comment. The union will back him up and keep his job. He was not the officer that hit her. So the chance of him being sacked is 0 to none. Now, if that same officer was talking about the same cr@p about a politician, then you know he will be fired for sure. No way the union will protect him before the politician changes the law and bans the union from any police force.
