  3.  marksullivan2230 The only country that targets civilians is the USA. Since the USA runs the Ukraine side of the war, it is no different for Ukraine to kill civilians and use them as shields. Russia does not attack civilians. The civilians are the proof of it. Go find interviews of civilians that were affected. Not some d*mb civilians that have no idea what is going on because they only watch it on the media.
