  4.  @Ultra-Violet Sure, nobody promises. I wonder where anybody gets that idea. Oh right, it was said over a meeting and it was recorded. Just because it was not in writing, doesn't mean they don't have to honor it. This is the consequence of it. Even if it was written down, the US never honored it, just like Taiwan is part of China.
