  1. Meuler, Rosenstien, Comey... All of them knew. This is why they lied to Congress and obstructed information releases to Congress. Rosenstien straight-up told Congress they had no right to question him or his agency and refused to cooperate with subpoenas that broke no laws or guidelines.
