Arizona has (State) Constitutional carry... Open and concealed. Different situations call for different choices. Such as open carry while on the motorcycle (access & visual deterrent) , concealed in "sensitive" settings (at the park with my kid and other children/parents are around). Still have a CCW though. It has other advantages with gun purchases and police interactions.

The 9th circuit judges are angling for Ginsberg's spot when she kicks off... Like people will forget their past treasons.

Promotionit A person can be denied certain Rights "By Due Process" according to the Constitution. I do agree that the level this has reached is excessive in many areas. Nonviolent victimless crimes should not count toward losing gun rights. Punishment should fit the crime.

tasha deleon Ambii shooter...but use Throttle lock so no speed loss. Rear brake and clutch / shifter still available. Takes practice and private land. Illegal to shoot from roadway.. Training ground at closed repurposed airfield. I'm also prior service under JSOC. We were always looking to do "asymetrical" training. Suggest slow speed dirtbike and full gear to start with... More forgiving & less expensive. Beater gun too (.22)... It will be dropped 😋

tasha deleon Throttle lock = training only. But hey, you're the expert... Good luck.

tasha deleon For the same reason you use an unloaded gun to practice drawing your weapon and firing when in your house... Or why you wear protective gear when sparring in the ring. "training" allows you to concentrate on one aspect of a difficult task. Example: Airborne school. There is 2 weeks of individual task training before you put it all together for what is the simple task of falling out of an aircraft. Training by its nature breaks things down to individual tasks that must be performed in a way that is inherently more safe than doing the entire act for real "when you need to". You do not learn to walk a tightrope by starting out 80 feet in the air with no net.
