WAS THE TEACHER MENTALLY INCAPACITATED? IS THAT WHY? OR ARE THEY JUST PLAIN STUPID? IS THAT WHY? OR ARE THEY CRIMINALLY INEPT AT DOING THEIR JOB? IS THAT WHY? OR ARE THEY CRIMINALLY LAZY AND DID NOT DO THEIR JOB? IS THAT WHY? . I WANT TO KNOW WHY THESE QUESTIONS ARE NOT BEING ASKED. I WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS PERSON IS NOT IN POLICE CUSTODY. I WANT TO KNOW WHY THIS PERSON STILL HAS A JOB. I WANT TO KNOW WHO WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIRING SUCH A CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT, INEPT AND LAZY PERSON.
