The suspension on this vehicle has many cast iron parts. Cheap. No aluminum. That may be why it ride loud as the reviewer says

Until you have to take it to a Hyundai dealer to get it serviced. Good Luck

This is the Tiger Woods attempted killing car. I won’t buy a luxury car from a brand that want to then have me deal with a Hyundai dealer. No way. Lexus all the way baby.

The infotainment knob and the transmission shift lever knob are criminally close to each other and may have caused Tiger Woods car to go out of control. Stay away, this is dangerous design.

@jongwankim5800 Indeed I have. I recommend you go watch savagegeese review of this vehicle. X5 is all aluminum. You get what you pay for. Same for Lexus. My choice is always Lexus. The GOLD standard. These Koreans look good, but are all gimmicky. If you want to own and not have to trade every three years, then choose Lexus, GOLD STANDARD.

@carlhahn4732 I live in a suburb of Atlanta Georgia. I know of people working at Hyundai dealers that would not touch a Korean product. BMWs are only good to lease. On the other hand, LExus GOLD standard will run 20 years from now, will not break down like a cheap imitation Rolex. That is all Genesis is. Cheap imitation. Lexus builds their vehicles to last. It is your money. If you want to throw it away go ahead. I see so many problems with Hyundais. Engine fires. Replacements. Recalls. Dual cluth transmissions that don't work. turbo problems. Junk and gimmick and non dealer network to support a luxury customer. Forget it.

@fengxia5323 I guess you are right. Lexus believes in only slow incremental progress. So they cars as reliable as anything out there. Companies like Genesis or Germans are all about flash. If you want to show off the coolest toy but don't care about reliability then Lexus may not be for you. I am old school. I believe in paying only for quality and only proven durability when I purchase something of high value. Otherwise you are throwing your money away. Trust me, I learned the hard way (previous BMW 5 series with straight six owner). My wife works at a Hyundai dealer and I can tell you horror stories of how bad the reliability of Korean cars are. But they all look great. In America, the only Korean car worth having are Kia Telluride and Hyundai Pallisade (mostly Telluride because it has fewer gimmicks than Hyundai).

Ugly steering wheel. No wireless Apple car play. How could they release a brand new car without those features in 2021?
