America First You see what your puppet masters want you to see. What is actually happening is One unaccompanied minors are being moved from border patrol custody as per our laws. Two legal asylum seekers who have been granted access are moved to their final destination. Three those who have committed other crimes would be moved out of border patrol to other enforcement official. Four the US is moving them to border facilities at the northern border due to overcrowding so they can be process for removal Five due to Trumps policies, Mexico passed several laws as to who the US can expel back into Mexico into certain areas. That would include not excepting returned on non Mexican nationals back into Mexico, and not allowing the US to expel in areas that haver small communities that can't handle the immigrants coming back. That means they are flown to other areas across the border to expel. All of this was happening under Trump as well in May of 2019 you can look it up. And no it's not the border patrol, but the border patrol union that you are listening to and they do not support immigration law, they support Trumps failed polices that violated US law.

Our immigration system was working prior to Trump , who violated immigration law. Biden is following immigration laws. Try reading one. Start with US code 1158 that's the one that makes asylum legal that the right wants to ignore and violate.

@krisplummer3991 Don't try and act as if you know a law you have not read. All one has to do is be on US soil to request asylum and they get to make their case. If they do not qualify they are put into deportation proceedings. What the Right wants to do is ignore the law altogether and not even give them the chance to make their claim, because you have decided all of the asylum claims are invalid before they reach the border to make them. The Trump admin. made the same argument in East Bay Sanctuary vs Trump and the judge simply said the law is clearly written. Would you like me to post it for you? By 2019 Trumps policies double that number to 977,000 crossing the southern border. We only had a reduction in 2020 for the first 9 months due to covid. By October of 2020 southern border crossing under Trump were back to a 20 year monthly high. It has remained there and growing under Trumps failed policies. Trump failed polices created the very problem the Right thought they were trying to avoid, but you guys are so low informed due to your media and leadership manipulating the facts of our immigration laws that you guys just come off as clueless.

The Right wants to cherry pick and look at only 9 months of 2020 to claim Trump solved immigration. Immigrants were never stopped from declaring asylum , you just have no clue what asylum is or the process. Those who have legally requested asylum are being forced to wait in Mexico.
