Operational control of the border is a myth, that has never been achieved and never will. It is a unreachable goal, but a benchmark to work towards. Republicans are obstructing the ability to work towards that benchmark, by trying to achieve the impossible instead of trying to secure the border.

If you guys could bother to use any critical thinking you would understand that by hiring IRS agents to ensure those who owe taxes are paying them, then we can afford to spend on more agents that the right keep rejecting.
