Start with the claim Biden is giving 450k to illegal immigrants. Three years ago a federal court stopped Trumps separation of legal asylum seekers who were crossing the border between check points. Right wing media won't report it because they would have to inform their viewers as to how that's legal. We are now being sued by those legal asylum seekers due to Trumps policy, even when the Right wing media keeps calling them illegal immigrants who broke the law. The immigrants will win as they have a good case. Biden's administration was looking at a settlement to save tax payer money, and has beem criticized by the low informed Right. The 450k was never a confirmed amount and the administration had to contact those plaintiffs to let them know the amounts being claimed by the media was not being offered. Yet the Right keeps pushing the false narrative and leaving out any context. This lack of context and false reporting is in every report on every issue on the southern border. We have clear immigration laws. Trump was violating them, Biden is trying to follow them in the aftermath of Trumps dismantling of the immigration process, that was working before him. This was done by Trumps departure of immigration laws that most on the Right are clueless of.

I agree they should sue Trump, but since he caused the law suit maybe his supporters, who still favor his separation policy and that would be all of them, should pay. @calebmcnevin yet the question are always asked based on a lie then the context is added and false narrative driven in the following reports and clips for YouTube and they always leave out why we are being sued. There is a clip of Doocy doing that with the first section of this clip on Fox afterward. When he knowingly lies about Biden's objection to the report to build a false narrative and does that while playing this clip on air.

They also have to remove them from adults who gave committed a crime. We are all on agreement with that. The difference is that Trump was separating children from legal asylum seekers who crossed between check points and requested asylum. The Rights ignorance of the law let that happen. @chrispascarella7622 I forgot to add, your unarguable fact is completely wrong and is why a federal court removed Trumps policy 3 years ago. Asylum seekers are not required to use a port of entry. When you request asylum point of entry is irrelevant. That fact is not arguable. US code 1158, article 31 of the Geneva conventions, and east bay sanctuary vs Trump proves that.

Crossing the border between check points does not have any bearing on the request or the ability to receive asylum. Nor can they be penalized for crossing the border of a safe haven country to request asylum, as long as they seek out a border agent. The vetting of their claim comes after. This is proven clearly in the general provision of the statue itself. "§1158. Asylum (a) Authority to apply for asylum (1) In general Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien's status, may apply for asylum in accordance with this section or, where applicable, section 1225(b) of this title." It's clear in international law. Article 31 of the Protocol provides: The Contracting States shall not impose penalties, on account of their illegal entry or presence, on refugees who, coming directly from a territory where their life or freedom was threatened in the sense of [A]article 1, enter or are present in their territory without authorization, provided they present themselves without delay to the authorities and show good cause for their illegal entry or presence.19 U.S.T. at 6275 And has been upheld in the court East Bay Sanctuary Vs Trump You know nothing of immigration law or when you are being manipulated by your media.

@willyjames8300 The clarification was about the amount being being reported and not about the existence to a settlement. The clarification is that they were not reported to be illegal immigrants, but those caught up in Trumps policy that violated asylum laws. That is what your context is missing.

The false reporting was due to the amount being reported by the Right that was never confirmed bit used to build a false narrative.. The Rights reporting that they are illegal immigrants who broke the law. Also not part of the initial report, but added by Right wing media. And no mention as to why this settlement was being made in context. Is that the reporting you are defending?

Any irrefutable evidence will be dismissed, it always is if it doesn't fit your narrative. Doocy already says in the clip as to why there is a settlement. The statement he makes. Shows the law suit is due to Trumps separation policy that violated US law. That would conclude the plaintiffs were legal asylum seekers and not criminals. Doocy then claim as the Right wing media has non stop that they are illegal immigrants. Yet the initial report the Right is using to build their false narrative. Doesn't say anything about them being illegal. It only described a few of the plaintiffs that were willing to be identified and they were in the asylum process.
