You should be able to find a pdf of a memo from the cbp website issued from Ridney Scott, on how title 42 was to be enforced. The border crossing numbers are from the cbp website and the title 8 laws are in the INA and part of US code of laws. But yes very high.

The GOP does not support our current laws as they feel they are a loophole, so under Trump they began unilaterally undermining our immigration laws.
