They would come in they would be sent back in expedited removal and many returned several times. 40% of those crossing had crossed multiple times. That overwhelmed CBP. Under title 8 they are processed under 1325, 1326 and 1158. under 1325 there is a penalty under 1326 there is a stiffer penalty if they return. Title 8 was replace with title 42 in most cases for the past 3 year. Does it look like it's was working? Border crossing increased after Trump put his policies in place and months before Biden took office. These are irrefutable facts.

Yes I'm very aware about the idea to allow legal immigrants who live hear legally and have their children go to school here, to vote in local elections to get representation for the taxes they pay. There is not been any talk about on the national or state level. I'm not aware of any facts or evidence of immigrants who do not have the legal right to vote are committing mass voter fraud or breaking any laws. If an immigrant has a legal right to vote, and chooses not to vote republican, it's more likely due to the lies and rhetoric the right claim about immigrants.
