So name a statue that he's breaking, and why is the Right not wanting to prosecute Trump for violating US code 1158. That was actually overturned in federal court.

@johnrhansonsr Trumps zero tolerance policy was criminating legal asylum. That is a violation of statue 8 US code 1158 of our INA law, and a federal court ruled on it and it was over turned. Now we are being sued by immigrants remember the $450k settlement the Right was complaining about a few months ago. Please explain how the BIden administration following federal immigration laws, is violating his oath of office and that he should be prosecuted for carrying out our laws.

@johnrhansonsr We had a 17 year decline in border crossing to the lowest point in 50 years prior to Trump. By 2019 his polices double the number of people crossing the southern border to 977,000 a 20 year high. It was only reduced for the first 9 months of 2020 due to covid, before returning to a 20 year monthly high in October of 2020. It has remained a 20 year monthly high and growing ever since.

@johnrhansonsr Name one law you've read that he's violating. The Right- make false claims about dems violating the law. Then when you learn the law and it doesn't fit your narrative, you say laws don't matter. You guys not only lack knowledge you lack any morals or honesty.

@johnrhansonsr Our immigration laws are set in our 1980 INA laws passed by congress. SCOTUS does not create laws, so what ever court case (you are probably misrepresenting) would be irrelevant to that law that the courts now must follow. And your claim would be unconstitutional by any standards to article 2.

@joebeal4212 Local and state do not enforce Immigration laws. Illegal entry is covered under US code 1325 of our INA. Asylum the real issue here is legal US code 1158 of the INA. There is no penalty for asylum seekers who cross our border. And for others violating 1325, the first offence is a federal misdemeanor that carries a civil penalty. What the Right want to do is criminalize legal asylum. Trumps policies were like being pulled over for driving the speed limit, being charged with a crime and having your children separated. In an attempt to deter others from speeding. I go with following our laws as Biden is doing that was working before Trump dismantled our immigration process, by violating the law.

@notebeat I'm aware of that and their is no evidence he is doing anything other then following federal law, other then the Rights claims. The same Right who is lying about the law. All they have to do is be on US soil ands they have a legal right to ask and go through the process of asylum if they fail they are deported. You guys have to stop listening to your leadership and media on this subject.
