  10.  @allknight7905  and I answered. It's what happens when the Right unilaterally undermine our laws causing a bottleneck that overwhelmed cbp and causes the border to be unsecured. A secure border would be one that still allows for our legal immigration process while not overwhelming the border beyond the ability to keep it relatively secure.
