There is no immigration law to enforce while title 42 is in place. Republicans are forcing title 42 to remain beyond it's need to undermine asylum and at the same time it undermines the penalty for illegal entry. Thus allowing immigrant to enter as often as they want without penalty all we can do is place them in expedited removal and they are free to cross again. That effort by the Right is causing an open border. If we were using our title 8 enforcement, we could process them and charge them with stiffer penalties if they try and recross.

@Fat-Sammy illegal as well, as you guys call any immigrants in this country who is brown an illegal. You call legal asylum seekers illegal you call immigrants with work visa's illegal. You call our asylum law an open border policy. And yes those who are here illegally still pay SS taxes.
