Stop quoting that moron Homan, yes AOC was correct. Crossing the border between check points is a violation of 8 USC 1325. It is a misdemeanor that carries a civil penalty. At no point does it require criminal charges and separation of children. Trumps administration was using it on those crossing and requesting asylum.
