Comments by "Scott Farner" (@scottfarner5100) on "'Are Those Crimes Or Not?': Hawley Presses Biden Judge Nominee On Illegal Immigration Stance" video.
She gave a perfectly clear answer. Her original comment was clearly due to the fact she was defending a client. The Right is building a narrative for stupid people who don't understand that.

@mikehochburns8740 they always are and the Right falls for it everytime.

@mattturner5429 he was asking her a question about a statement she made 20 years ago to the media in defense of her client who she has a legal obligation to defend. She made it clear that was the purpose of the statement and not a reflection of her beliefs.
2
She did the right is just not educated enough to understand the answer.
2
@cherie623 she answered the questions, but just used big words that the Right don't understand.

She gave a clear answer that anyone with common sense could understand.

@stanleyolszewski7701 that's how your puppet masters keep you low and ignorant. Asking questions with false premise while insisting on a yes or no response to remove any context to a question that is a lie you want to hear. It's all that happens in these hearings. Try learning something instead of waiting to be spoon fed information of hate and fear.
1
No it's her job to advocate for those she is defending. Kind of like when the Right lies to defend Trumps failed policies.
1
Sure they do, why wouldn't they?
1
Stop lying about what the law says. This is why you guys are always lying you only use information that fits your narrative and leave out all the facts that disprove it.
1
Yes they are, the Right is just to low informed on how the constitution works

I'd love the Right to ask a question that isn't to build a false narrative for the low informed who don't understand the job of a defense attorney.
1
Why is the right so ignorant of how our legal process works.
1
@mikelembke5121 please the right dismisses irrefutable facts supported by evidence on anything all 5ge Right know a anymore is how to disagree with the left. Is it so hard to understand that a defense lawyer has an obligation to defend their client.
1
She answered the question, but just used big words the Right can't comprehend. That means understand.

I find it disturbing that so many commenting don't understand her responsibility in defending her client and that her comments should be looked at in that manner and not assum it's her personal stance because it's the narrative they want to believe.

@paulsigmon7263 he was asking her a question about a statement she made 20 years ago to the media in defense of her client who she has a legal obligation to defend. She made it clear that defense was the purpose of the statement and not a reflection of her personal beliefs. Anyone drawing a conclusion beyond that is doing it to build on the Right wing only platform and that is to hate everything on the left no matter what. Ted Cruise often in any hearing likes to ask questions based on false premises, offers data that he has spun and twisted to fit a false narrative, and lies within his questions to try and get a yes or no answer that then needs to be put into context and he refuses to let them answer with that context.
