  1. Answer...it wont. We have had a week of dry weather in the dampest country in Europe. If water has run dry then its because the money grabbing water companies have neglected to maintain the infrastructure that we pay for. All the water companies have made enormous ammounts of profit because we pay more for water than we do for petrol. I for one will carry on using what I pay for and nobody will stop me.
