  14.  @vikingsword3485  You should read up on this as it is very interesting how the money is to be spent and what type of auditors they will be hiring. In summary Joe Average, those making under $400,000 a year will see no change, those making more will see some change, and those making much much more a lot of change. Each year, the 1%, those you call the Global Elite, under pay close to $600 billion each year. As a percent of income, these Global Elites pay between 0 - 6% of income in taxes each year - I wish I could do that.
