  8. jag nyy So Mr. Legal Beagle, do you know the difference between Collusion and Conspiracy (AKA Conspire)? Collusion in this case is a Betrayal but not a Crime. Conspiracy is a crime but nearly impossible to prove as the prosecution must prove what a person was thinking - without a confession an impossible hurdle. Bottom line, words have meanings.
