There was an 18 month period thanks to hippie fucktards like you that Saddam had no supervision as to what he did with the chemical weapons program. Just before the invasion in 2003, he transferred the weapons to his buddy Assad and "invited" inspectors back in. Not finding chemical weapons in Iraq is like not finding drugs at a drug dealer's house after you gave him 18 months warning of your "surprise" raid.
