  2. Deng used western capitalist policies to be controlled under his party to gain some wealth as he knew poverty was leading the fall of Soviets and Eastern European nations. My question is whether he actually helped to push the fall of Soviets also to gain credit with the US then because he’d also gain the leading of the world communist organization.
