  5. Before the returning agreement was signed, HK people were treated as foreign guests with the best benefits or almost as good benefits as the foreigners, better than Taiwanese. Once the agreement signed, they just became part of Chinese not as worthy as Taiwanese. When the CCP can control over you, you won’t be much worthwhile in their eyes.
