  1. God when I was 17 I had likw 10-14% body fat and I got complimented everywhere I damn went. I had a sunken in face high cheekbones great straight jawline etc... Iv'e had the comment "you could make a million with your face".. now I'm 40-50lbs over weight and I never ever get the compliments anymore. you legit get treat differently and getting girls was a regular. now I'd be lucky to get any. being over weight is very toxic it stripes away your opportunities. Listen to this man.

  2.  @jaket4441  It's awful being overweight m8, I have spent a lot of my twenties like this because I have never been bothered to start my fitness journey. I cant wait to lose weight to see how I get treat again.

  3. another tip is not to strain your face too much when lifting heavy weights, It might feel comfortable but those strains over time make deep wrinkles in your face I swear
