  3.  Petian  No it's not flawed because you people only know how to use dismissive labelling tactics than actual engagement. Have you even looked up that word, say on Wikipedia? They have an entire section of the page dedicated to people who've pointed out how its used to avoid dealing with accusations of hypocrisy. Which is exactly what you're doing here. Makes sense if I used George Floyd, since that's just one death versus a thousands, but not when bringing up comparable or even larger crimes (also more recent here). "yea but one time.." - that one time was even more recently lol! It's also bigger. And that's just one example. How long are you going to keep evading responsibility huh? When is it ever going to be the wests' turn to face justice? Or are you going to keep pointing fingers at others every time, and when confronted with your own record for which you've never been punished, just dismiss it as whataboutism and get away with it again? See the problem? You never have to face justice this way. Convenient! And in terms of preventing future suffering, it's again the US that should be in the dock first lol! They're the country that's been to war around the world the most, and the one that's continued warmongering right up to the present. There was even a Gallup survey on that a few years ago, which asked people around the world who they thought was the greatest threat to world peace. The US won by a thumping majority, it wasn't even close lol! So if you want to prevent more deaths, the US is the country you need to rein in first. If you want 'deter other nations', the one most in need of deterrence is the US. But that's not even possible lol, since the US doesn't even recognize the primacy of the ICJ over it.
