  6. He didn't start the war, he joined it. Cos the war was already affecting him. Had been for years.

  7. It isn't a nice place. You won't hear a video about his home country from Shirvan precisely because of that - he'd get into trouble if he did one and it was in any way unfavourable to the regime. The nice thing about it is that it's about as politically uninvolved with the rest of the world as you could realistically get, so he's able to stay fairly neutral when reporting on other places, but his own country is a different story.

  10.  @leodarksam6230  Costa Rica. Bhutan. Estonia. There's 3 examples, from 3 different corners of the world. And there's many more I could name. Of course none of them are major world powers, cos being a major world power tends to be corrosive of morality. But it is possible, if the world was organized differently.

  11. Your newspaper provides you with the latest daily news, and mostly just the most noteworthy bits of it (rather than the more 'boring' administrative or geopolitical basis for, or analysis of, it). This is more comparable to a documentary, and there are documentaries on stuff like this.
