  2. Not much of a rebuttal there you have. Ted Cruz has made a fatal error; he's still in the primaries- Trump has already entered the mode of a general election. He knows that someone like Cruz fucks themselves by throwing themselves far to the right, only to screw up their own turnout by looking weak when they have to move back to the center, while it helps the DNC by infuriating younger democrats, driving their turnout up. This was Romney's mistake with his 47% comments in the last cycle. Not since Reagan has a republican candidate ignored most of the wedge issues to focus on a small core of larger, centrist talking points- the slow decline of evangelism has made it possible for Trump to prosper. He will win New Hampshire and South Carolina and now has a fairly good chance of winning Iowa; and if he gets all three, it's going to be just shy of impossible for anyone to pose much of a challenge on super tuesday. If you still think Cruz will be the nominee let's set this comment area aside until around mid march and return to it then.

  3. Honestly yes some would. Rand stated it openly, for starters- I like Rand even if he's doomed. I highly doubt tycoon-style charismatic figures like Trump want to part with a cent of their wealth so I doubt he'd continue foreign aid that isn't going to a handful of NATO states.
