  2. Welby should be proscuted for aiding and abetting the serious crime of child sexual and physical abuse. Welby was the man in charge and because of that he has a duty to inform the relevant parties such as child welfare and the police, he chose not to and allowed the peado to leave the country and continue his abuse in Africa, he told no one that this man was a danger to children and should not be allowed and contact with children. Welby is not a Christian man and cares nothing for the Church he is in it for riches, rewards and power and that is not very christian
