He is a dictatorial, authoritarian, he has already started with his talk of cancelling local elections in a number of areas, because he is scared Liebour will loose more councils. Next he will change the rules on general elections to ensure Liebour can't lose, he will not give up power easily he thinks he is more important than he is.
