Zelensky was rude arrogant and continually showed disrespect during the whole episode, he rolled his eyes continuosly and was only interested in getting more money and munitions to keep this war going, even though the deal had already been agreed all that needed to happen was the actual signing. Zelensky does not want to have a cease fire unless he gets everything he wants, well that will not happen for a ceasefire there has to be compromise on both sides.
