  1. Your sex should be decided by DNA test, if you have XY chromosomes then you are male, if you have XX chromosomes then you are a woman. Anyone who wants to transition should be designated as trans men or trans women and you should not be able to change your birth certificate to reflect youu have changed your sex

  3.  @ReluctantAardvark  the number of people that have these anomalies are tiny and they can use DNA testing to find these issues in exactly the same way the do to check for XX and XY chromosomes. For the tiny number this affects they can deal with them on a case by case issue. In the vast majority probably around 99.09% they are XX is male XY is female so that is how people should be classified not on how they feel. Some days I feel like a fairy but that does not make me a fairy
