The police have gone nuts, they can't solve, The rape and torture gang crimes Knife crime Shoplifting Murders Rapes and sexual abuse Child abuse crimes Muggings Burglaries Car theft Or any othe crime but they can spend time trying to proscute and terrorise and man with a child's brain.
