  1. I understand that for some people with serious terminal illnesses may want to end their lives, I watched my husband the love of my life, my best friend, my soul mate, he had leukimia and then developed lung cancer, suffer for the last few weeks of his life and then had to watch my Father deteriorate as his Parkinson's and the dementia took hold, I don't know that I could have had their lives ended. My Christian values, on which Britain is built, say that suicide and murder are a sin and asking someone else to end your life is commiting suicide by getting someone else to take your life is murder. Look what this Liebour Party, mainly Starmer has done to our courts and judges to lock people up for a long time for hurty words and we are being asked to trust them to decide who should live and who should die. There is a great danger that if this gets passed into law that certain governments might decide to tweek the law to get rid of the eldely, disabled, mentally ill or anything else like people who say hurty word. I do not trust this government or any future governmant to be able to make this law. This will also put Doctors and Judges in the difficult position of having to sign a death warrant and have to live with that knowlegde. If they bring this into law, how long before they bring in Capital punishment? They should hold a referendum for this it should not be in the hands of 650 people very few of which will vote on behalf of their constituents they will vote on their own conscience, the whole country should have a say especially Judges and Doctors on whose head the decision of who lives or dies is on their head
