This 4 day week only works for certain jobs, like office jobs but retail, hospitality, emergency staff, distribution and many more jobs can not be closed for 3 days or take on extra staff to cover the days that other staff are off work, so costing more in wages etc. This is ridiculous if you only want to work 4 days a week you should only get paid for 4 days a week or work the 5 to get your full pay
