  1. Mobility scooters are an issue to, if one of those hits a person they end up seriously injured and if it hits a child they could be killed. They need licensing and insurance

  2. ​ @andyalder7910 I know all that but there are so many of those that use them think they own not only the road, pavement but shops. One woman came speeding into the Doctor's surgery and nearly knocked me over twice, it was only because I jumped out of the way thst she missed me.
