  1. You gota admit, this sounds pretty discriminatory towards foreigners. BTW here in Europe, you call a person a "foreigner", everyone will consider you a racist person, that's already one big difference between Japan and Europe. It's even worse if the person has been living here and speaks the local language. Here's something ironic you didn't deemed to mention: it's hard to find love for Japanese with other Japanese people :), it's not just hard being a foreigner finding love, I'd say that does add an extra difficulty layer.. Your marriage rates are dramatically low, cheating rates higher than ever, divorces and sexless marriages seem to be more and more common. You also have just like the West more and more Virgin men in their 30ies to even thier 40ies. Japan clear has a love/dating problem, it's too obvious. I would make a case that your high suicides rates are also in part linked to love issues & pure loneliness. Japan has some big societal problems to fix, if you don't do anything about these problem you will face the consequences.
