@Xun Gu
> that doctor is not arrested. He is just simply warned by policeman.
But he was took to the police station. I accept one can make the argument that it wasn't exactly arrested, but he was censored and forced to sign that he wouldn't do that again, and not only we know the consecuences of force the desicion of "don't mention that again" (over 700 dead now), but in frist place: They SHOULDN'T censor a medical doctor at all, and specially if he was warning about a possible break out (not only because a freedom of speech issue, but just for common sense).
> And even government media is saying he is a hero.
Yes, they are fdoing that NOW... like three weeks too late. It's very similar to the catholic church praising Galileo and accepting the mistake in his judgment: That doesn't change your initial mistake that you shouldn't never have done.
> Read some Chinese news not fking BBC CHINA.
If the topic is performance of the chinese government, the only news outlet from China I would took 100% would be those that had have serious clashes, episodes of harassment, or censored by the government. (Even if they are outside China for that very reason)
Despite all their flaws and bias, a general view to more that one media OUTSIDE China would be a better source IN this case, because of the topic.
It would be like looking to Al Jazeera to try to get an impartial view of Qatar, of Fox News to get an impartial view of Trump. (Is just a matter of common sense to be skeptical to news subjugated to the same chinese government)
> the luna Chinese new year is at the end of Jan when government have already took actions
Again: They did that when it became to hard to handle (Weeks to late). Is like Nixon resigning as president when he already knew that he had been discovered and his case wouldn't gone in his favor. Should we praise someon who stops making a mistake once that is kinda forced to stop doing it?
