@dave_riots But that relation was the result of trying to expand the revolition outside o Iran.

@dave_riots Certainly, that idea didn't make much sense after the invention of fracking. Now, taking into account what fundamentalists (Shiites or Sunnis) generally want to do with members of the opposing group, we can understand why the spread of the iranian revolution was a concern for actors as different as Hussein, Arabia, The Emirates, Israel, Jordan, and Lebanon.

If so, the regime should demand its money back.

@dave_riots Are you sure of that? (Or where did you read about that?) I don' think that neither Israel nor Arabia nor the Emirates have fewer concerns about Iran than they did 50 years ago. Probably It would make more sense if you said that the Emirates now have more deep economic ties with Israel (especially since 2019), and the same is the case with Arabia. As far as I remember the relations between Jordan and Iran were not the best (although with the recent coup, something is said about Arabia as well), and the government of the Islamic republic has traditionally not been (let's say this way) very popular in Lebanon or Turkey, nor the Shiites in general in Iraq. And leaving aside the ME, the relations with Europe are also not the best, and this is mostly to iranian actions. (More recently, the activist that was executed and was a french resident, and the diplomat convicted in Belgium for a planned attack on France)
