  1. Prigozhin, Utkin and other were the founders. Prigozhin was the financier and more of a manager and public face, while Utkin was more the director of opterations and man on the field. It seems more like Prigozhin saw a business oportunity and gave a huge employee oportunity to Utkin due his particular talents (Utkin is a former special ops).

  2.  @ring-tone278  Prigozhing is the only one who was move to Belarus. Russia keep the Wagner Group for obvious reasons (all its weapon and qualified personel). Unless you think that Prigozhin is going to lead an advance by himself, your comment makes no sense.
