  2. The whole point is he could have taken a huge dose of fentanyl as the officers arrived. It is also possible he was on fentanyl before then.

  3. You forgot to mention he resisted arrest out of his car, and into the police car. He also appears to stumble. This is either not rational, or possible evidence drugs were having a profound effect, possibly rising sharply.

The reason Fenanyl studies are possibly not relevant, is the average of those are people trying to get a high, by shooting it into their bloodstream, not people (potentially) ingesting a whole lot to avoid getting caught with it. Also, those people didn't have a heart trying to work against the found restriction, laying on the stomach, the takedown, and the pressure on the neck, of what is a ~6.5" frame on the heavy side.
