  1. I'll agree with others and say that they don't give nearly enough for it to be worth doing. Just something like having to get a different job is bad enough. $10k isn't that much if you really think about it. You'll have to spend money on moving, you have to find a new job, and assume your current income is around $4k, then just three months without a job will easily eat up the $10k.
