@profile1172 Imperialism is just one way of controlling a country. Besides, even if they did apologize, people would complain that it's too late, feels insincere or whatever else they can think of. People who have hard feelings about Japan will keep having those feelings regardless. So while I think they should apologize, I doubt it'll make much of a difference.
