Littering is illegal in Sweden as well. Schools tend to have days a few times a year where they pick up trash, but most students don't really care. As for me, I never really litter. I might throw away the small piece of an apple that could be left over (I often eat all of it) if I'm at a forest, because there it doesn't really do any harm. It's also out of the way so it's not something people see and are bothered by. I made my older sister stop littering as well. As for cleaning, I'm worse at that part. I do sometimes pick up trash after others though.
