  1. The Russians fire into the sky like that to keep further away from the target because they are scared of stinger missiles. (ie very innacurate Russian tactic)This means that this flurry of rockets will be no more effective than a McFlurry. Ironic since McDonalds have stopped trading in The Putrid nation of Russia.
