  4. That was the plan of he took the exit. If he hadn't taken the exit, the cop going the other direction would have stopped traffic in a similar location.

  5. Police brutality? If you watch it in slow motion, you'll see that he landed very lightly. The guy had a gun, which is why they immediately subdue suspects... just in case. However, I do agree that cops should keep their emotions in check. I'm a naturally calm person, so it's easy for me. I get it that they get revved up on adrenaline, but there's no need to talk that way.
