@timothywait9457 I saw what appears to be her mother and baby sister, but I didn't hear about foster parents.

@nativeamericanfeather9948 You don't think there are healthy and unhealthy home environments? Upbringing greatly impacts children. It's not an excuse, but a possible explanation of some of her bully type behavior.

@nativeamericanfeather9948 I see what you're saying, but I would change that to say that a "perfect environment" doesn't exist, but an overall healthy environment can. By "healthy", I mean a child growing up with unconditional love in a home where basic respect exists. Children are generally very quick to dismiss "imperfect" behavior from parents - losing their temper once in a while, not being present 100% of the time, etc. I'm not referring to abusive, neglectful or conditional love parenting. There is a huge difference between those ways of upbringing.
