  2. I fail to see where he kissed her hands. What can be seen is him grabbing her hands in a warm greeting gesture. If she'd be so touchy about things like that, then she wouldn't travel on diplomatic visits, where the hosts each have their own more or less particular way of greeting, but she clearly doesn't mind it, and neither does her husband.
