@LinLinvy Should spend a while on the tube in London lol, not saying is the same as for every part of the UK but yeah certainly is for least some on the tube As for those former USSR states its the fact they dont have any kind of accountability public officers shall we just put them as (who are paid by tax from the country's population) certainly the higher ups rape the public purses in those countries, in the USSR that didn't happen one forgot if it was Moldova or Belarus who'd said they had an accounting financial hole of least a 6 figrure sum if not more and had no idea where it went. Is likely someone high up in their public offices stole it raped it for money, like some in a community I saw once when they'd said was this big construction for workers there, then they stopped bothering with it, due to lack of money cant blame the west for that!
